Our breakfast is artisanal and prepared with great care by our kitchen staff.
We accept and appreciate the best that nature has to offer, respecting its harvest cycle and season. Therefore, some of our produce may vary in taste according to seasonality but will continue just as healthy and nutritious. Enjoy artisan breads and freshly baked cakes made in our bakery, as well as yogurt – traditional or vegan – and the chef’s famous granola, besides ghee butter and cheeses from regional suppliers.
